11. Ted Nelson

1. American philosopher and pioneer of information theory.

2. Ted Nelson coined the word hypertext in 1963. He is credited for the first use of the words hypermedia, transclusion, virtuality, intertwingularity, teledildonics. I have chosen Ted because of hypertext. I have always known that one word leads me to all the words. The word bit to the word rogue (Serbian: bitanga) word rogue to the word batanga. As a sixteen year old Ted Nelson was asked what he would like to be, he answered: poet, philosopher and rogue.
